Seth H. Holmes, AIA, LEED BD+C, Associate Professor and Architecture Graduate Program Director, University of Hartford Seth Holmes is an Associate Professor and the Architecture Graduate Program Director at the University of Hartford. His research addresses climate change adaptation and resilient design with a focus on building performance modelling and overheating in buildings. His work includes publications with Building Research and Information and ASHRAE, advising on the LEED Resilient Design pilot credit update, and co-editing the forthcoming book “Climate Adaptation and Resilience Across Scales: From Buildings to Cities.” He practices architecture with his firm Benefit Street Design and holds a Master in Design Studies for Sustainable Design from Harvard and a BArch from Roger Williams University.
