Anne Hulick is the CT Director of Clean Water Action/Clean Water Fund, focusing on passing health protective policies on climate change and reducing exposure to toxic chemicals. She has worked at the state and federal level on toxic chemical policy for 10 years. Anne started her career as a critical care nurse. She holds a BSN from the University of Hartford and a MS in administration from UCONN. Concerned about the impact of pollution on health, Anne pursued a JD from Western New England College School of Law and was admitted to the CT Bar in 2007.
